Job Title: On-Site Promotions & Digital Content Specialist
Are you a creative powerhouse with a flair for graphic design, video production, and social media? We’re seeking a full-time On-Site Promotions & Digital Content Specialist to join our team in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and serve as the essential link between sales, production, and brand managers across our five radio stations and online news site, My Bellingham Now. This is a full-time, on-site position with some weekends and evenings required and other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with brand managers and sales teams to design and execute engaging on-air, online, and onsite promotions that captivate listeners and drive revenue.
- Create compelling social media content, graphics, and videos that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Manage campaigns across multiple platforms while ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
- Monitor social media trends and apply them to campaigns to keep our brands ahead of the curve.
- Be part of the fun onsite at station remotes, community events and promotions.
- Some weekends and evenings required
What We’re Looking For:
- An energetic and outgoing personality with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven experience in graphic design and video editing (knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite required).
- Fast learner who can pick up new skills related to station operations – Text Groove, Audience, Metro, WordPress
- Strong social media management skills, with an understanding of creating relatable and shareable content.
- The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in radio promotions and/or digital marketing is a plus, but a passion for creativity and a willingness to learn are essential.

Compensation ranges from $45,000-$49,900
